My first white peach and raspberry ice cream

Ingredients

For the recipe
10 raspberries
1 white peach or 2 small peaches (pêche de vigne variety)
1 teaspoon of single cream

Recipe

Preparation: 5 minutes – Cooking Time: 5 minutes

From 8 months

Wash the peaches and remove the pit.

Steam cook the pieces of peach for 5 minutes.

Put all the ingredients in Nutribaby‘s blender jar. Blend.

Put the mix in a small ramekin or a very flat start dish, that is width is greater than height.

Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Take it out and use a fork to mash the mix, then put it back in the freezer for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, repeat to lighten the texture. Mix with a spoon, then taste.

Extra idea

You can offer your baby a shortbread biscuit to go with its « mini ice cream ».

For the baby

For delicate palates, you can sift the ice cream to remove the small raspberry seeds.
