Carrot soup with Kiri cheese

For the recipe
100g of carrots
20g of onions
1 small potato
1 portion of Kiri cheese (or other spreadable cheese)
1 teaspoon of nutmeg


Preparation: 10 minutes – Cooking Time: 17 minutes

Peel and chop the carrots, potato and onion.
Place the potato in the bottom cooking basket and the carrots in the top one. Start a 17 minute steam cooking cycle.

When there is just under 10 minutes left on the screen, add the chopped onion to the carrots.

Then place all the cooked vegetables and the cooking juices, spreadable cheese and nutmeg in the blender bowl.

Blend until a very smooth textile is obtained. Do not hesitate to add a little water to obtain a soup consistency.


You can use another spreadable cheese instead of the Kiri cheese, such as The Laughing Cow, to obtain a smooth and gourmet soup.
