Blackcurrant and strawberry jam as a snack

Ingredients

For the recipe
30g of blackcurrants
100g of strawberries
50g of brown sugar

Recipe

Preparation: 10 minutes – Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Wash and hull the fruit and cook with the sugar in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.

Put a yoghurt and a tablespoon of jam in the blender jar. Blend.

Tip

Depending on how ripe the fruit is, you can increase or decrease the amount of added sugar.

Be daring!

If this first attempt is a success, prepare larger amounts you can store in small jars to brighten up the baby’s portions of dairy throughout winter.
