Vitamin-packed winter fruit snack

For the recipe
1 banana
2 clementines
1 glass of smooth
plain yoghurt


Preparation: 5 minutes

Peel and chop the banana into round slices. Squeeze two clementines to extract their juice.

Place the slices of banana and clementine juice into a blender. Add the plain yoghurt and blend the lot. Service cold or at room temperature.


You can add a crushed up biscuit or give it to your baby whole to hold all by him/herself!

Be daring!

The consistency of these fruit snacks is important. The banana and yoghurt bind the mixture whereas the clementine brings juice and acidity. If you use a pear instead of the banana for instance, then reduce the amount of clementine juice or leave it out completely.
