Potato and cod purée with vanilla

Ingredients

Portion
1 potato (about 100 g)
10 g of very fresh cod
1 knob of butter
1 cm of a soft vanilla pod or 2 drops of natural vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of milk

Recipe

Preparation: 20 minutes – Cooking: 20 minutes

Peel the potato and dice it. Steam cook it for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, split and grate the seeds of the vanilla pod. Pan-fry the cod at very, very low heat with the knob of butter and vanilla for 7 minutes on each side.

Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix.

Extra idea

As the baby becomes older, crush the cod and mash the potatoes with a fork, so that the food will retain some of its texture.

Be daring!

You can add French beans to make the dish more colourful.
