Hake with raw spinach purée

Ingredients

Portion
50 g raw spinach
100g potato
30g hake or cod
a knob of butter or a teaspoon of olive oil

Recipe

Preparation: 5 minutes – Cooking: 20 minutes

Peel and chop your vegetables.

Then steam cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in one of your Nutribaby‘s steam baskets. After 15 minutes, when there are only 5 minutes left on the display, add the fish in the second basket.

Then put your potatoes and fish and raw spinach and butter in the blender jar and blend until you get a delicious purée!

Be daring!

Replace potatoes with rice from 9 months onwards.

Extra idea

You can add a tablespoon of tomato purée to add flavour.
