Little pot of tapioca

Ingredients

Portion
2 tablespoons tapioca
200 ml infant milk
2 carrots
1 small tomato

Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes – Cooking time: 10 minutes

Peel and wash the carrots. Slice the carrots thin. 
Remove the skin and seeds from the tomato and dice it. 
Put your vegetables in the first of your Nutribaby’s steaming baskets.

Pour the milk and tapioca into a suitable bowl (if necessary divide up between several babybols). Put this bowl in the 2nd steaming basket on top. Start a 15-minute cooking cycle.

Check the ingredients are cooked: the carrots should be tender and the tapioca should have absorbed all the milk.

Pour the vegetables and tapioca into the mixing bowl and blend everything together several times.
Serve half of the preparation in a little bowl. Keep the rest for later (or for yourself!)

Be daring!

Add a pinch of paprika or saffron when blending to get a pretty colour!
