Little pots of chocolate and avocado

For the recipe
1 ripe avocado
40 gr dark cooking chocolate
A little milk


Preparation time: 5 minutes – Cooking time: 5 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double-boiler with a little milk, stirring until you get a really smooth texture.

Meanwhile, remove the flesh from the avocado using a teaspoon and put it in the blender bowl. Pour in the melted chocolate and blend until you get a nice smooth cream.
Pour into a ramekin and refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
