Peel the potato and wash it. Cut into pieces and cook in the steamer basket for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the following on a sheet of baking paper in this order: the sauce, the fish cut into pieces, the saffron, the shredded basil and the oil. Close the sheet and place it in the top basket of the steamer for the last 10 minutes of the potato cooking time.
Mix with 1 or 2 tablespoons of cooking water as required.
