Pear clafoutis

For the recipe
1 pear (preferably Comice, Beurre Hardy or Williams)
1 tbs of brown sugar
30 g / 0.066 lb / 1.058 oz of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
10 cl / 3.33 fl oz of milk
1 tbs of single cream


Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Peel the pears and cut them into four. Steam cook them for a few minutes, according to how ripe the fruit is.

Put the eggs, powder sugar, the milk, as well as the flour and salt in Nutribaby‘s blender jar. Blend.

Mash the pieces of cooked pears with the back of a fork. Put them into ramekins and then pour the mixture on top. Then close your ramekins with cling film, make sure the steam cannot enter.

Put the ramekins in the steamer for 15 minutes.

Extra idea

The pears can be replaced with other soft fruits, such as berries or summer stone fruit like peaches.

Be daring!

Sprinkle with a pinch of brown sugar and brown in the oven.
