Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Steam cook them for 25 minutes.
Add the onion, peeled and cut into pieces, after 10 minutes. Two minutes before the end, add the washed spinach leaves so that they are slightly cooked.
Put all the vegetables in the blender jar. Add the crème fraiche cream and a pinch of salt.
You can thicken the soup to turn it into a purée by adding one or two potatoes. In this case, a small piece of steamed fresh salmon would make a princely meal.
This recipe can also be eaten cold as a starter. In spring, consider using products in season, take watercress as an alternative to spinach!
Add parsley or tarragon when blending. This will bring a new flavour to the baby’s taste buds.
