Energising muesli for baby

For the recipe
1 smooth and creamy yoghurt
1 small ripe mango
3 tablespoons porridge oats/oat flakes


For 1 portion – Preparation time: 10 minutes – Cooking time: 10 minutes

Soak the oat flakes in warm water.

Peel the mango and dice the flesh small.

Blend the mango with the yoghurt and strained oat flakes.

When baby is 1 year old, you can add the oat flakes just after blending the mango and yoghurt so that he gets used to the texture of cereal and uses his teeth.

Be daring!

To vary the taste, try using a ewe’s milk yoghurt. Once baby is used to it, you can vary the recipe as much as you like: replace the mango with grated apple or pear for example.
