Gazpacho for your Baby

15 cl / 5 fl oz of organic tomato juice
1 piece of cucumber of a few centimetres (50g)
30g / 0.066 lb / 1.058 oz of good French Sourdough bread
1 tsp of olive oil
1 pinch of sugar
2 drops of wine vinegar


Preparation Time: 5 minutes – Cooking Time: 2 minutes

Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces.

Wet the bread with the juice from the cooking process to soften it.

Put all the ingredients in the blender jar and blend.


When the baby is older, you can give it a little cucumber stick to hold in its hand to relieve its thirst.
