Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking time: 20 minutes
Steam cook the potatoes for 20 minutes. Add the tomato when there are 10 minutes left.
Once cooked, finely dice the vegetables. Break up the tuna with a fork.
Season with virgin oil and serve at room temperature.
With the tuna left over, prepare a spread as a starter for the whole family. Use a fork to mash the tuna into a cream, add 1 tablespoon of crème fraiche and a few grinds of pepper. Spread on some tasty bread!
