Sweet potato purée

1 sweet potato
1 teaspoon cold-pressed sunflower oil


Preparation: 5 minutes – Cooking: 20 minutes

Peel and dice the sweet potato. Put the diced sweet potato into a steaming basket and start a 20-minute cooking cycle.

Take a small amount of cooking juice from the receptacle beneath the steaming basket and pour into the mixing bowl. Add the diced sweet potato and oil.

Blend and it’s ready for baby to enjoy!
