Cream of asparagus with apple

5 peeled asparagus (about 200g / 0.441 lb / 7.055 oz)
1/2 Granny Smith apples
5 tablespoons of milk


Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Wash and peel the lower part of asparagus with a peeler. Cut the peeled asparagus into sections of a few centimetres. Peel the apple and finely dice it.

Put the asparagus in the lower basket and the pieces of apple in the top basket of Nutribaby. Cook for 20 minutes.

Put the cooked ingredients in the blender jar and add some milk. If the cream is too thick, add some milk.

Extra idea

Serve the cream at room temperature. To add consistency and richness, you can add a steam cooked and blended potato.
