Preparation time: 10 minutes – Cooking time: 15 minutes
Rinse the cauliflower. Remove the stalks and white branches at the base. Then, separate into very small florets to obtain a coarse mixture which is put into the steamer basket. Start a 12 min cooking cycle.
While the cauliflower is cooking, boil some water in a saucepan and cook the pasta.
Mix the pasta, cauliflower, butter and a spoonful of the cooking water from the pasta, if need be.
It is now ready to serve to your baby.
You can vary this recipe according to your finds: green cabbage, romanesco cauliflower, savoy cabbage or pointed head cabbage!
You can give this mixture a few quick pulses or leave it lumpy depending on your baby’s teeth development.
